We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over £80 and use DHL, UPS and UK Mail as our main logistics partners. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For orders within the EU, shipments are sent ‘duty paid’ (no additional customs or duty fees). For orders outside of the EU, additional border and/or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, please check your local import rates and fees.

The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

UK orders: 2-4 business days
EU orders: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

RETURNS

 

We are happy to refund any KNNOX product that has been purchased from knnox.com directly and is returned unused in its original packaging within 20 days from the date of shipment. Please note that all return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment in British Pound Sterling (GBP). Please email orders@knnox.com for further information or to arrange a return. In cases where goods are faulty or damaged, these fall under our lifetime warranty and we are happy to reimburse the return postage costs once the lighter has arrived back to us and is assessed.
